Carol Swetlik, MD is a board-certified neurologist with additional fellowship training in neuroimmunologic conditions.
As a neuroimmunologist, Dr. Swetlik diagnoses and treats a variety of disorders. These include multiple sclerosis, as well other neuroinflammatory conditions such as MOGAD and NMOSD, autoimmune encephalitis, neurosarcoidsosis, and neuropsychiatric lupus.
She works closely with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs, including cutting-edge immunotherapies and effective symptom management strategies. She works closely with clinicians in physical, occupational, and speech therapy; physical medicine & rehabilitation; neuro-ophthalmology; urology; and rheumatology, among other departments, to ensure a comprehensive plan is in place for each patient.
