MetroHealth physicians offer a wide range of expertise to serve your patients, providing outstanding, compassionate service to those you entrust to our care. They also understand the special doctor/patient bond, and communicate care plans with you and your patient throughout the course of treatment until the time comes for release back to your care.

The MetroHealth Physician Referral Service is conveniently staffed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to assist you in referring a patient.

Our staff:

• Identifies and selects a MetroHealth physician for consultation or patient referral 
• Schedules an appointment for a patient referred to a MetroHealth physician
• Obtains information concerning a patient referred to a MetroHealth physician
• Connects you to the MetroHealth Physician Liaisons if you have questions or need further information about MetroHealth physicians or services

For email or fax: Address patient referrals and appointment requests directly to the Physician Referral Service for prompt attention, and receive a fax or e-mail confirmation of the patient’s appointment.
