Kronos Access and Mobile Instructions

Kronos is available at home or on your mobile device. Managers can review and approve timecards, approve time off requests and view employee schedules. Employees can view and approve their own timecards, view accrual balances, request time off and view schedules.

Former Employees

  • Update Contact Information
    • Use this form after leaving MetroHealth to submit changes to your contact information such as your phone number, email address or mailing address. 
    • After submitting the form, you can expect the changes to be made in our system within 3 business days.  You will receive an email confirmation once the changes have been made.
  • Public Loan Forgiveness Application
    • You can use this form to submit a request to have your Public Service Loan Forgiveness Application signed by Human Resources. 
    • If you have an electronic form, you can email it directly to [email protected].  Please allow 7 business days for processing.
  • Transfer Prior Service to New Employer
    • Use this form after leaving MetroHealth to submit a request to Human Resources to have your service time and any sick time transferred from MetroHealth to your new PERS employer. 
    • Please allow 5 business days for processing.
