MetroHealth has been notified that traffic on West 25th Street headed southbound is closed near our Main Campus, effective October 13, 2023.
This closure is expected to last through the end of this year and will impact patient traffic leaving Main Campus, as well those who travel southbound between Main Campus and Old Brooklyn Medical Center.

Due to the vulnerability of patients in the Blood and Marrow Transplant Unit, universal masking remains required upon entry, and masking will remain in effect for any acutely affected COVID patients.

Hours of operation 11 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
When patients are ready to go home, we may transfer them to our Discharge Hospitality Center (DHC) on the ground floor of the hospital. As patients wait for their rides, our DHC team can assist with questions about discharge instructions, medications or follow-up care.
If you are picking up a patient from the DHC, please call 216-778-1233 when you arrive. Patients can be picked up at the Emergency Department entrance on Scranton Road. MetroHealth caregivers will assist patients to their transportation.
We promote equal opportunity and full accessibility and participation for all patients and visitors, in our health care services, programs, activities and facilities.
