Visit the Buckeye Community Resource Center

Good health depends on so much more than medical care. The MetroHealth Opportunity Center at Buckeye in Cleveland’s Buckeye neighborhood will offer several free services to help you live your healthiest life.

The Opportunity Center serves as the primary hub for the MetroHealth Institute for H.O.P.E.™ and a place where community members can connect with important resources.

The MetroHealth Opportunity Center at Buckeye uses the strength of partnerships to provide:

  • One-on-one financial coaching to address your financial goals.
  • Support from a community health worker to help you navigate social services and the health care system.
  • Educational resources to help you manage your finances, improve credit and achieve economic stability.
  • Help with needs like utility assistance, legal services, educational opportunities, food and nutrition resources and digital literacy education.

Through the MetroHealth Opportunity Center at Buckeye and its partners, community members can access more than 130 different MetroHealth resources focusing on needs beyond medical care that affect your health – factors we call the social drivers of health.
