Managing Your Prescriptions

Online prescription refill requests for MetroHealth Pharmacies can be completed through MyChart

To sign up for a MyChart account, please visit metrohealth.org/mychart.

Get Started with Home Delivery

If you use a maintenance medication, our home delivery pharmacy service may cost you less and prescriptions are shipped right to your home. To get started:

New Prescriptions

  • Simply have your provider send 90-day prescriptions to the MetroHealth Valley View Specialty/Home Delivery facility when e-prescribing.
  • Then call 216-957-6337, option 4, to initiate your order.

Switching Prescriptions

  • If you are switching existing prescriptions to our MetroHealth Home Delivery service, call 216-957-6337, option 4, to request startup on the service. Our staff will handle any additional prescription requests, if needed, from your provider or outside pharmacy.

Welcome Pack

Once the pharmacy receives your order, your prescriptions will arrive within 7–10 business days.**.

** The MetroHealth Home Delivery Pharmacy is licensed to operate and ship packages to MetroHealth patients only within the state of Ohio.
