- Emergencies that could affect your appointments.
- Notifications about medications.
- Billing reminders.
- Health education from your providers.
- Invitations to complete surveys about your care.

You can choose what types of messages to receive. To change your communication preferences:

- Reply “STOP” only to the number associated with the type of text messages you no longer wish to receive. For example, you can stop texts about surveys, but continue to receive messages about your medications.
- Or complete the online opt-out form.
