Terms and Conditions for SMS (or “text”) Messaging Related to Health Care Reminders and Notices from MetroHealth

We may communicate with you by SMS message.

You may receive SMS (or “text”) messages from MetroHealth, including information related to visits, prescriptions, billing, and MyChart notifications and one-time passcode verification messages.

You can opt-out of text messages by replying to the message with “STOP”. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from the number from which you opted out. If you want to resume receiving text messages, visit your MyChart account or reply to the text with  “HELP” for instructions.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.  You can also get help by emailing [email protected] or by calling MetroHealth at 216-778-8801.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
