Registration is required for the following vaccine clinics. See available locations below.

  • The Pfizer vaccine is approved for anyone 16 years or older. 
  • Minors who are 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 
  • It requires two doses. You will be scheduled for your second dose when you receive your first.

Pearl Road Entrance DRIVE-THRU SITE in Old Brooklyn

WHEN:  Wednesday, May 12 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This vaccine clinic is located in the parking lot of the MCPC Building. This is a drive-thru clinic, so please stay in your vehicle and follow the traffic controllers when you arrive. Please be sure to wear short sleeves or loose clothing so your arm is easy to get to for the shot.

Third Federal Savings DRIVE-THRU SITE from Fleet Avenue

WHEN: Thursday, May 13 from noon to 7 p.m.

Eligibility

  • Vaccination eligibility is currently limited to people who are *16 years and older.
  • Vaccinations are available by appointment only.
  • You DO NOT have to be a MetroHealth patient to schedule an appointment.
  • We can only offer scheduling for first doses of Pfizer at this time. Your second dose of Pfizer will be scheduled at the time of the first dose. 
  • Bring a photo ID to your appointment. 
  • Insurance is not required. If you do not have insurance, select No Insurance at the bottom of the list on the scheduling page.

*16- and 17-year olds

  • Pfizer is the only vaccine currently approved for age 16-17.
  • You must register in advance using the “Register Now” button above.
  • A parent or guardian must be present for a 16-17 year old to be vaccinated.

Enroll In Marketplace Insurance Plans by May 15

More patients have an opportunity to enroll in Affordable Care Act (ACA) Health Insurance Marketplace Exchange plans.

President Biden signed a January 28 executive order to reopen the ACA Health Insurance Marketplace online enrollment site for a special period of three months to augment the prior six-week period that ended in December. This means people are allowed to sign up for insurance through the government exchange from February 15, 2021 to May 15, 2021.

Appointments

  • Adult patients are encouraged to attend their visits alone. Those in need of assistance may have one adult caregiver accompany them.

  • Pediatric patients may have two parents/guardians accompany them.

Inpatient Visitation

  • Patients may receive one visitor* per day during designated visitation hours:
         Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 6:45 p.m.
         Weekends and Holidays 11 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
