- About Us
MetroHealth’s mission is to meet people where they live, learn, work and play, so our School Health Program is a natural extension of that mission.
For 10 years, the School Health Program has increased access to healthcare by bringing services directly to students with our in-school clinics, mobile units, and telehealth services. We provide everything from well-checks and urgent care to labs and medication refills, all within the convenience of your child’s school.
Our providers support students and their families and school staff. Our program also includes Community Health Workers housed in the clinics who help families with transportation, housing, food access, and other social determinants that indirectly affect health and well-being.
For more information, contact your child's school nurse, or MetroHealth's School Health Program at 216-957-1303 or [email protected].
