Jin E. Kim-Mozeleski, PhD

Jin received her PhD in social psychology from the University of California, Davis, where she focused her dissertation on disparities in access to mental health treatment for Asian American populations. Jin then completed a NIDA-funded postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California San Francisco, where she pivoted her research topic to the study of tobacco-related health disparities. She is currently funded by a career development award from NIH/NIDA. Prior to joining CWRU School of Medicine and PRCHN in 2020, Jin was Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, her undergraduate alma mater.
Amber Jones, MPH is the Director of Community Health at Old Brooklyn Community Development Corporation (OBCDC). A graduate of the University of Michigan, Amber holds a master’s degree in Public Health from Case Western Reserve University with a focus in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. During her time at CWRU, she discovered a passion for community-based health through the lens of community development, including how a person’s environment affects his or her health. Through her current and previous roles at OBCDC, Amber utilizes those skills and interests to develop comprehensive community health strategies in partnership with local and national organizations.
