Research Interests: Developing and implementing statistical methodologies designed to evaluate ongoing clinical programs with both biological and psychological components.
Charles joined the Department of Medicine at The MetroHealth System (later, the Center for Health Care Research and Policy was formed) as a biostatistician in 1992. During his tenure, he has worked on a variety of projects including randomized controlled trials, weight loss evaluation studies and other types of observational studies. He is a SAS certified professional since 2004.
