Presented by the MetroHealth Office of Opioid Safety
The learning community will entail a twelve-week curriculum, each two-hours, to include structured educational sessions; ongoing technical assistance (TA) delivered through our board-certified emergency and addiction medicine experts, and licensed support staff available to all hospital systems throughout Ohio.
Event is free. Registration is required.
Registrants who participate in 10 of the live 2-hour webinars in the series and one technical assistance call may be eligible for a $500 stipend. This incentive will be available for up to 2 individuals per institution. Other incentives will be available throughout and upon completion of learning sessions.
Funding for this initiative was made possible in part by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS).
The curriculum presented is consistent with education provided in the Providers Clinical Support System (PCSS) MAT curriculum and addresses core elements unique to treating opioid addiction with MAT in the ED.
