Notice of Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees

The purpose of the meeting is to hold a Board Retreat during which the Board of Trustees will develop a Governance Work Plan for 2024-2025. It is anticipated that the majority of the meeting will be held in executive session for the purpose of discussing hospital trade secrets as defined in Ohio Revised Code 1333.61, to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee, and to conference with the public body attorney to discuss a pending or imminent court action.
