The MetroHealth System Board of Trustees is issuing this notice for a change in the calendar of scheduled meetings with the addition of an Executive Committee meeting on July 20, 2023.

This meeting will only be offered via Zoom
The purpose of the July 20th Executive Committee meeting is to discuss the process for assessing CEO performance, to discuss the employment and compensation of a public employee, to review proposed changes to the Committee charter, to discuss proprietary hospital trade secrets, and to confer with counsel for the public body regarding pending or imminent litigation involving the public body.
