Notice of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees Executive Committee

The MetroHealth System Board of Trustees is issuing this notice of a meeting of The Board of Trustees Executive Committee on May 13, 2024.

The time, location and purpose of the Executive Committee meeting are set forth below.

2:00pm – 3:30 pm

The purpose of the Executive Committee meeting is to discuss hospital trade secrets – as defined by ORC 1333.61, to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee, and to conference with the public body’s attorney to discuss a pending or imminent court action.

Please note that it is anticipated that the majority of the meeting will take place in executive session.
