Notice of Special Meeting of the Board of Directors

The MetroHealth System is issuing this notice for a special meeting on May 26, 2023, from 2:00–5:00 pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to hold a Board Retreat during which the Board of Trustees will review the Governance Institute’s Board Self-Assessment and develop a Governance Work Plan for 2023-2024. In addition, the Board may discuss hospital trade secrets as defined in Ohio Revised Code 1333.61 and conference with the public body’s attorney to discuss pending or imminent court action.
