Notice of Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees and change in location for all April 24, 2024 Board and Committee Meetings

The MetroHealth System Board of Trustees is issuing this notice for: (1) changes to the location for the April 24, 2024 regular meetings of the Facilities & Planning Committee, Governance Committee, and Strategic Planning Committee; and (2) a special meeting of the Board of Trustees scheduled for April 24, 2024.

The times and locations for the meetings to be held on April 24, 2024, are set forth below.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider the approval of the selection of a vendor to assist in developing a new strategic plan as proposed by the Strategic Planning Committee. It is anticipated that the entirety of the meeting will take place in executive session.

The purpose of the April 10, 2024 Finance Committee meeting is to discuss a MetroWay Forward update, debt capacity, and financing certain construction projects. The meeting will include discussion of hospital trade secrets as defined by ORC 1333.61.
