Clark-Fulton Community Listening Sessions

En español

The Institute for H.O.P.E.™ and MetroHealth invite you to share your voice in shaping the future of health and opportunity in our community.

Earlier this year, community stakeholders came together to review key Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data collected through the Ohio Health Improvement Zone (OHIZ) grant. Themes like Advocacy & Empowerment, Distrust, Health & Financial Literacy, and the Need for More Data revealed the need for deeper community engagement.

Now it’s your turn to be heard.

MetroHealth is hosting three community listening sessions to hear directly from Clark-Fulton residents. Your insights will help guide programs and services at the Opportunity Center at Vía Sana.
