Employee Giving – Hardship Fund Lights the Way in Dark Times

Helping our colleagues through unforeseen emergencies.

Funded by donors – most of them MetroHealth employees themselves – the Hardship Fund provides assistance to staff members experiencing financial emergencies from such calamities as accidents, illness, fires and more.

In 2022, the fund helped almost 60 employees weather emergencies, get back on their feet, and continue serving our community and patients.

Please consider a one-time or sustainer gift to the Employee Hardship Fund.
