It’s back-to-school time, but this year is very different. Are you or your children feeling stress around heading back to school? It’s normal to feel anxious at this time, but there are steps you can take to feel more comfortable.

Our MetroHealth psychologists can offer support and information to help you manage your feelings. Join us for a free virtual health talk on how to deal with back-to-school stress and anxiety with Lisa R. Shah, Ph.D., a child and adolescent behavior health specialist.

Dr. Shah will offer tips on how to manage your anxiety – and your child’s – and review important things you can do to keep your family mentally and physically healthy.

Attendees may submit questions ahead of time.

Space is limited and preregistration is required.

Can't attend live? You should still register! We'll send out the recording after the webinar to all registrants.
