The wait time provided is an estimate of the time it will take for you or your loved one to see the provider after checking into the Express Care. It is for reference only.

Each location has a unique time that is shared based on many factors – this includes:

• The medical team determines each patient’s needs and may prioritize those with the most significant medical needs.
• In order to obtain the estimated wait time for your use, this external website draws the average wait time for patients during the previous 120 minutes from internal computer sources.  
• The actual wait time may increase if additional patients arrive in the express care before you.
• Each express care location has its own data – we encourage you to make your decision based on what is best for you or your loved one.
• As always, please call your primary care provider first before seeking external medical attention.
• If you or your loved one has a medical emergency, call 911 or go straight to the emergency department.
