Looking for an easy way to support brain health? Add beets to your meals. These colorful vegetables help improve blood flow to the brain, which supports memory, focus, and decision‑making.
Beets also contain antioxidants and important nutrients that help protect brain cells as you age. Eating beets regularly—and staying active—may help keep your mind sharp. Fresh beets from your garden or farmer’s market are a great place to start.
