Our orthopedic team provides these treatments in collaboration with other MetroHealth specialists.
Advanced Orthopedic Surgery Options
Many orthopedic issues can be managed with nonsurgical treatments that help provide relief and may help avoid or delay the need for surgery. But if your condition requires surgery, you can be confident in our team.
Our orthopedic surgeons perform a wide array of surgeries and procedures, including ACL and tendon repairs and other sports medicine surgeries; rotator cuff repairs; fracture care and trauma reconstructions; and hip, knee, shoulder and ankle joint replacements.
Our surgical team also have access to state-of-the-art equipment and technology. This includes imaging used for surgical planning and our robotic-assisted systems for hip and knee joint replacements. These technologies, in the hands of our skilled orthopedic surgeons, are helping us achieve surgery that is more precise and results that often speed up recovery for our patients.
