Life doesn’t always fit neatly into a 9-to-5 schedule. That’s why we’ve expanded hours at many of our locations so you can get the care you need, when it works best for you.
Expanded Hours for In Person Care
Between work, family, school and everything else, finding time for your health can be challenging. Expanded hours are now available for routine and same-day care at our Brecksville, West Park, Brunswick, Brooklyn and Parma locations.
And we’re not stopping there! More MetroHealth locations will soon offer extended access, giving patients across Northeast Ohio even more ways to fit care into their busy lives.
Whether it’s an early-morning appointment before work, an evening visit after school activities or a virtual visit from home, we’re here for you — on your schedule.
Here’s What You Can Expect

- Virtual visits for convenient care from anywhere in Ohio

Virtual Care Options
When finding time for In Person Care proves to be too much, our Virtual Care services put you in charge. Be seen right away or schedule a more convenient time with our virtual care experts.
- Receive care wherever you are from your smartphone, tablet or computer
- Offered mostly via video appointment with some secure messaging
- Get urgent care or build a lasting relationship with your virtual care provider
- Guided by our virtual care experts and integrated into your everyday life
Virtual Urgent Care
- Care for an illness, injury or condition serious enough to seek care right away, but not so severe it requires emergency room care
- Typically lasts for 15 minutes
- Great for unexpected medical concerns that need attention now
Same-Day Virtual Care
- Go-to solution for unexpected, immediate needs like medication refills and medical condition questions
- Typically lasts 15 minutes
- Allows you to choose a time during the day that is convenient for you
Scheduled Virtual Primary Care
- Allows for in-depth discussions about your overall health, preventive care, and the management of chronic conditions
- Typically lasts for 30 minutes
- Build a lasting relationship with a primary care provider virtually. Schedule your virtual visit for later
All of your virtual care is coordinated with your other providers (in-person and virtual)
All of your information is centrally stored in your medical record account
Visits are covered by most insurance ($65 if paying without insurance)
