Grief and Trauma Support Group

This support group is dedicated to comprehensive healing for those who’ve experienced loss, identify as a victim of crime, or would like to share with and learn from others who are also on their trauma healing journey. We strive to co-create a safe space for victims to grieve, connect, belong, and find healing and inspiration for positive growth within themselves and their community.

The group meets in person and virtually throughout the year. Individuals must be 18 or older, 16-17 accompanied by an adult.

Participants are welcome to join at any time, do not need to be a MetroHealth patient and do not need to give prior notice.  Walk-ins welcome and feel free to bring a friend and/or family member with you!
