Dr. Maier is kind and has the best intent, but never runs a on schedule.

I'm a fan of MetroHealth and think it's the most personable and caring provider in an area overflowing with excellent health care.

Very personable, very easy to talk to. She will refer you if it's not something that she's an expert in. She'll refer you to someone else. But you do have to wait. There's usually a little bit of a wait before you can see her.

She's very understanding. She listens. If you have a problem, she gets down to the problem. We solve it together. If you've got questions, she answers to the best of her ability. If you don't know, then she'll get you on the next visit. Or we can call the office or whatever. But she is really, I really enjoy her as my doctor. And I hope she will be my primary care here. I forgot to ask if she will be my primary care. I've been going to her for the past four or five times and I really like her.

I would tell my family and friends that she is very knowledgeable. She is very supportive. She is always suggesting resources that might be of assistance to me. She's very encouraging. And she constantly gives positive feedback regarding the work that I do to take care of my mother who's suffering from Alzheimer's. So that's what I would tell my family.
