I have been a patient of Dr NG since 2014. I would not switch for anything. He has been a very kind, caring doctor. I feel confident in his care and when I ask for something or have a concern it is always taken seriously with the most professionalism.

I would tell my friends or family that he is the best. I've been having him for years and he is very, very helpful. He is very, very listening about and he's just great. He's just real great. I tell him that. I love him. Anywhere I got to go or any problem that I have, when I tell him he's going to make sure I'm going to the right doctor, he's going to set it up. He's good. I like him. I've worked for Metro Health and I've been having him ever since I've been over there in West 25th and I wouldn't change him for the world. Goodbye.

He is caring, empathetic, professional and, more than anything, the most thorough Dr. I've ever had. He makes sure he goes through everything. In detail, and if you don't understand something, he will make sure that he explains it so that you do. He does not treat you like a number. He treats you like a human being and that is something that all doctors need to do. It is almost rare nowadays. He is the best doctor that we have at MetrHealth .
