I would tell them that she's there for a job. She doesn't care about what's going on with you while you're there. She is there to do the minimum. And be aware of things that she put in your medical chart. She would chart things that she did not do with you or say to you, and she will put your whole entire medical history in her summary, which was not discussed with you.
