If I had to tell my friends and family about this provider, I would say be prepared to wait a very, very, very, very, very long time. Treat it like the DMV, which is what MetroHealth is. Bring a bunch of toys and a bunch of coloring books and a bunch of toys and books and whatever for your kid because there's nothing to do anywhere. Even in the waiting room, they have a bunch of books that are just falling apart. So bring your own stuff, bring snacks, because you're going to be waiting a really, really, really long time. And the front desk people, the receptionists are extremely rude. So don't ask them anything because they will shoot you away and then they will close the window and pretend like they're going on a break. So that is what I would tell my friends and family. Don't ?

Dr. Shefner is wonderful- she focused not just on our child, but us as well as parents. Great listener, took her time with us, and explained everything superbly
