This provider was a nurse practitioner. She was outstanding for so many reasons. I actually felt like I had adequate time for her to go through beginning to end all of my questions and all of my lab results. She was courteous and kind, efficient, knowledgeable. Most importantly, I felt like she was listening to what I actually had to say and she wasn't in a mad rush, you know, in and out. So I feel like we were able to actually talk about my concerns, well, identify the concerns, talk about them, and then develop an actual plan for me to move forward with it. So I give her the highest mark I possibly could. It was refreshing to actually finally spend time with somebody who was taking time with me. Thank you.
