Nice doctor who listens

He's an awesome doctor.

He's very attentive, communicates well, listens, cares about your feelings, explains things thoroughly, he takes his time, and is willing to answer all questions and concerns to the best of his ability and knowledge.

WoW! Dr, Placeway walked into the room and greeted me by name without having to look down and refer to a chart. That's impressive when meeting someone for the first time, especially a physician! This guy made me feel comfortable and important from the get-go. He gave freely of his time and went over everything in a way that made me feel like I mattered! He told me exactly what to do and what to expect next AND scheduled it before I left! Can't say enough good about this man. He actually made me feel like a person and not just a bunch of symptoms with a problem!

They were very open to listening to all my concerns. And, they were very thorough on explaining the problems.
