She cares a lot and is very smart and knows a lot and is kind and caring

Since I've switched to Metro Health all of my health concerns are being addressed and I personally feel like I'm being heard. I don't have that feeling of being rushed or passed around and treated like a lab rat like I experienced while I was being seen at UH. Metro Health staff is top tier for me.

She's very good and she look over your chart and she makes sure everything is okay.

The provider is very attentive and approachable. She's a great listener. She knows the medical history and she takes time and asks questions and she considers the age, the elderly, the age-appropriate care that's needed to help each patient, especially my mom. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

The best hospital with good human relations

She was real nice and professional. She explained everything to me. She discussed what are new coming changes that was going to be happening that she thought I may be interested in. The overall experience was great.
