Metro Hospital has helped me countless times throughout the last 20 odd years. Opened the doors and welcomed me with open arms. Every time I've been there and I've been there a lot, and I really appreciate it. And, you know, it probably hasn't cost me a dime the whole time I've been coming there. Somehow it gets covered. I mean, now I have Medicaid, but even when I didn't have Medicaid, you guys never hounded me. You took care of me. You saved my life a few times. So, I really appreciate it. I'm glad I got the opportunity to tell you this. Yes, you have been a lifesaver.

I do tell family and friends how different Metro is from Cleveland Clinic and UH. So different. I'm lost at Cleveland Clinic, passed around from specialist to specialist, never getting anywhere or even hearing test results.
