I just divorced Cleveland Clinic. This was my first visit with MetroHealth in a decade. EVERYONE from the front receptionist desk, all of the doctors and all of their assistants were TOP NOTCH. They were so caring and kind, VERY unlike Cleveland Clinic. They took the TIME to listen and understand. (No "speed-talking and rush, rush, rush.") They took action in an attempt to lighten my intense pain RIGHT FROM THE GET-GO. What a BIG difference. I was treated with so much respect and kindness. Everyone made certain that I fully understood how this office operated. If they are successful in lowering my pain in the long-run, I will appreciate this office even more than I already do.

Dr Astley is very thorough, both with learning all of the patients issues and concerns. He discusses treatment options thoroughly, explaining all pros and cons of each option. This doctor shows his patients that they are important to him and that he truly cares about them.

This was my first time meeting Doctor Astley and he was very knowledgeable about my medical history, I felt very comfortable talking with him, he's a keeper!
