Good doc and staff

Bad experience. Doesn't listen or understand. Lies in my after visit notes. I don't use chat gp it AI. I had a screenshot on my phone from personal research I looked up on my own at home and referenced once when I was trying to remember the name of something to ASK about as a medication. Provider came into my session visibly aggravated herself after having a bad patient experience right before me, even told me sorry for the long wait as I just had a patient I was trying to get to go to the emergency room and they refused. Like you should be telling another patient that anyway??? And the wait was bad like 45 minutes and another 15 after being taken back but was fine until she started not listening to my needs. I can go on and on but will stop here for now

She is very kind and patient and thorough. She listens to all your concerns and gives unbiased advice.

I really like the process of communicating with the nurse and the doctor. It was easy peasy and the discussion for ongoing treatment or to be done in the future were explained clearly. So it was a good enough experience for me to recommend my friends.

Dr. Komuravelly had a great bedside manner. She told my daughter she would give her all of the time she needed, as she could tell my daughter was very nervous. She was very patient and understanding. She took our concerns very seriously and gave us referrals for further evaluation beyond primary care.
