Dr was very through and attentive to my needs

I've already been singing Dr Pagel's praises: I felt heard, not rushed, that my questions were valid & important... and I appreciated the manner in which she explained things to me, as well as her ability to share my sense of humor because some serious topics came up & I needed some levity. She was kind & efficient in explaining my options & addressing my concerns. Very happy I was referred to her by my PCP!
