He's very thorough at what he does. Although this was my first visit with this provider, I'm very impressed with what he has done and what he will do.

I would tell them to either find a different provider or go to a different medical system because the entirety of doctors that I met with who gave me the runaround offered zero help or clarity, specifically on Dr. Rupani. I would say to not bother because even if he knows he cannot help you, he won't refer you elsewhere before seeing you. He will still take the appointment and waste your time.

Dr. Rupani is very personable. He takes the time to listen to my concerns. He goes over my chart and my numbers in very detailed explanation. I'm able to give him feedback. He responds promptly with emails. And I recommend Dr. Rupani to all my family members.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of interest and the amount of time this provider spent talking with me about my condition and possible options for controlling it moving forward. Excellent communicator and truly seemed interested in concerned about helping.

I would probably tell my friends and family that this provider's bedside manner is not good and that he doesn't take the time to explain things thoroughly to you so that you have a full-fledged understanding of things. He just kind of wants you to get in and rush you out and not very good. Probably go to someone who is more personable, not as cold, who wants to take the time to make sure that you fully understand what's going on with you and not completely just high rushing you out kind of thing.
