I would tell my families and friends that he is knowledgeable in what he does. He's caring. He has more of a relaxed way of talking to you, but yet professional, not so unconcerned about what you're thinking, want to know your feelings as well as give you the proper diagnosis for what he feels that you should be, course you should be on in your healing. Also always asking you, do you have anything else you would like to add? And that I haven't heard in a long time.
