I was extremely anxious at having the procedure based on a prior experience I had at a different hospital. I was shaking & crying by the time I got set up in the office. The resident, the nurses and the doctor were all very caring and kind and put me at ease right away. They were also very apologetic about the wait. I really appreciate how they took the time to help me calm down.
