The doctor was very thorough, even though there wasn't a lot of information ahead of time given to him. But overall, as I've said on the numbers, I'm very pleased. I think the people at the registration on this particular day I was there were overwhelmed by the number of people checking in. And the automated system apparently is not working correctly or needs some tweaking for people to understand how to use it.

He is very knowledgeable in his field. Very pleasant.

He's a very excellent provider and he listens and he makes sure you understand what you need to understand. And if you have any questions, he will answer them and he tells you anything. If you need to reach out to him, he tells you how to contact him. And I liked that. And he told me if you had any worries to get in contact with him earlier if something is bothering you and he could have resolved it and stopped your worry. So he's a very excellent and caring person and I will refer him to anyone.
