They do not do a thorough physical check up. It was minimum at best better off going to the hospital to get the full treatment check up. I would also tell him what the doctor look like and who it was didn't seem to be very concerned about anything didn't want to touch me. Don't get that doctor.

I would definitely tell my friends and family to use Express Care. It was much better than urgent care. The nurses were amazing. The receptionist was average. The doctor, although very thorough, was very short, not personable. But overall, great experience. They took me at the last minute. I thoroughly appreciated it. It was great care overall. Once again, the nurses were amazing. Receptionist was average and the doctor could work on her bedside manner.

We have used MetroHealth for several years now and are now moving all of our medical needs to MetroHealth. We find all of their people professional, friendly, and they know what they're doing.

My stay at the hospital that day, they were very courteous. The people that checked us in had a smile. They were welcoming. The nurses did a great job. And the doctor came in and explained everything very well. I would definitely go back to this facility. Thank you.
