Dr Bernardo is an excellent doctor, a very compassionate person and will continue my visits with her.

From the time you check in, you are treated with courtesy, and professionalism. They really do make you feel like you matter to them. If there is a wait they tell you at the time of check-in so you know what to expect. My personal experience with MetroHealth has been super! I appreciate everything they do to treat my medical needs.
