Dr. Torres was very responsive to my questions and needs. She was very thoughtful and deliberate in her responses. And I felt very comfortable speaking with her about everything. We talked about not just an immediate plan for the questions I had, but long-term when I should see her again. She did not hesitate to put in a referral for me to the menopause clinic when I asked. And I overall felt she gave me more than the time that is normally allotted. She did not make me feel rushed at all.

She's the greatest.

I love my provider and everything, but like I say, it may have been a miscommunication because my appointment was at 10:40 and 11:40, I still hadn't talked to her. So I don't know if it was busy or clogged up or what, but I still love my provider. Thank you.

The whole complex is more welcoming than expected and Dr. Torres is willing to listen, show empathy and do a thorough exam.
