The provider was very courteous, listened carefully to my concerns and help me to the best of their ability answered my questions

Number one, their facilities were very clean. Number two, all of the employees dressed like nurses or someone that will work in medical facilities. And number three, they acted and talked with good clarification of medical connotations of words and explaining medical procedures and so forth. And that is very, very good because sometimes a lot of people in medical care talk too fast and you have to slow them down so you can comprehend what they're saying because you're the patient and you haven't been to medical school.
