With the exception of the snafu at the kiosk. I would tell them that all of the staff, the receptionist, M.A , Nurse , and the doctor had a kind, friendly, cheerful, demeanor about them, and they each answered all of my questions. I was very comfortable discussing my medical is with the staff.

Dr. El-Hayek is a very kind, professional and patient Doctor. My husband and I appreciated that he shook our hands and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and recieve answers without ever feeling rushed. I valued him coming in to talk with me a few minutes before my surgery and the day after. It definitely made me feel safe and like he truly cared.
