I think Jessica Kurtz was excellent-in fact, everyone I've encountered in the ENT team has been very professional, conscientious, and very helpful. My one concern was waiting anxiously for a culture result, getting it early from MYCHART notification, and not knowing what it meant, having to wait awhile to hear from the team as to what the plan was-from a patient's perspective, sometime's it's not the best thing to get test results back before the health care team has had a chance to see the results themselves and let me know what they mean.
