She doesn't seem personable. I want a doctor who's personable. I'm a new patient. I thought she would be more personable. I think it, to me, it felt like she needed to do her 20 minutes or so for a visit and get on out of there. They even moved so fast, even the nurses, I didn't even get a chance to do my blood work. I had to go downstairs, read my paper, and go back upstairs to get blood work done when it all should have been done in the first place. I had to remind them. The nurse said I was good to go until I read my papers. Bye.

She listens. She cares. She understands.
