This provider was very great, excellent customer care. She was very concerned for me. She listened. I was very comfortable with her. She asked questions. She answered me. She didn't beat around the bush. She just was straightforward, compassionate, empathetic to me and my worries and my concerns. And she did all the right things by me. I would definitely recommend her to my family, friends, and anyone.

She doesn't seem personable. I want a doctor who's personable. I'm a new patient. I thought she would be more personable. I think it, to me, it felt like she needed to do her 20 minutes or so for a visit and get on out of there. They even moved so fast, even the nurses, I didn't even get a chance to do my blood work. I had to go downstairs, read my paper, and go back upstairs to get blood work done when it all should have been done in the first place. I had to remind them. The nurse said I was good to go until I read my papers. Bye.
