Knowledgeable and courageous

The provider I saw was fine, it was a facility itself and how it is run at the front desk that I don't ever want to experience again. And the lab technician is a wonderful man who is so fast and so kind and he is always working by himself and it is unbelievable that MetroHealth does not have two people at least working the lab taking people's blood the hallway seats were filled with people waiting just to get their blood taken. That's unacceptable.

I felt heard and understood. She read up on my history and tests before the visit and followed up with pharmacy support after the visit. I will literally never go back to another provider and would drive as far as I need to continue being seen by her.

Heather DeLaPena is fabulous . If you get anxious seeing a doctor like I do, go see her. Her approach, the way she listens and personality puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable.
