About Me
Garietta Falls, MD, is a vascular surgeon at MetroHealth System in Cleveland Oh. She is also an associate professor at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and currently Division Director of Vascular Surgery at Metrohealth. Dr. Falls is board certified in both general surgery and vascular surgery. She has over fifteen years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of both common and complex vascular conditions. Her particular fields of interest include peripheral artery disease, redo bypass surgery, aortic aneurysm, open management of carotid artery disease, minimally invasive endovascular treatment of peripheral arterial disease, dialysis access surgery, and maintenance. She has been named as a “Top Doctor” by Cleveland Magazine multiple times.
In addition, Dr Falls holds a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation certificate, whereby she is certified to interpret vascular studies that guide the diagnosis and management of vascular diseases. She is a member in good standing with multiple surgical societies including the Society of Vascular Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, and the Midwestern Vascular Surgical Society.
