Great service and very knowledgeable

The doctor listened and explained how to take my prescription. She called with results as soon as she received them.

That is was friendly, the wait time was not long, and got me out of there with my prescription.

I would tell them that the provider explained things very well and the nurse was very gentle and extremely understanding. They both made me feel heard and addressed and concerns thoroughly and right away. I would trust these two with my life !!!

Lack of communication among the nurses and patient and medical staff needs to be better coordination.

Definitely, if Erica is in the urgent care, she is thorough, she's attentive, and she's responsive. Let her know all your symptoms, let her know how long you had your symptoms, what's going on, and she is investigative in a timely manner. Like, you're not there for hours and hours for an urgent care doctor to try to figure it all out. Like, as long as you give her the pertinent information that she needs, she came back with information about me health-wise that was never said to me or never told to me, but made total, total sense, and it was the most simplicity of things. And so, yeah. And then her remedy was the most simplest. Like, the, you know, just simple, to the point, attentive.
